This project transforms a generic house within a development into an unconventional home for three. Without touching the existing structure, the newly added architecture frames the outdoor spaces of the house to create new spaces for living such as a multipurpose room, a roof terrace, bedroom extensions and a carport. It also provides a sense of enclosure and privacy for the residence, focusing on the interior rather than the exterior. The new white walls and folding doors does not only creates a clear contrast between the old and new, but also acts as a background for the trees and nature it is containing within its boundary.

The focus in looking inward rather than outward can bring forth new conversations in regards to the current housing models in Thailand especially when the houses are of a typical form in large and rapid property developments.
